As you probably all know by now, Brett Lawrie is a huge fan of social medias, and in perticular Twitter. He did not disappoint in the past 24 hours, posting a few funny tweets, and even one sentimental one. Here is a resume of Lawrie on Twitter in 24 hours.

He recently commented on the fact that the Blue Jays were now going to play in a National League park, which will force their pitchers to hit, in the next few days. He obviously took advantage of the situation to throw a little jab at his buddy and teammate Ricky Romero.

Lots of players seem to be in great admiration of the veteran Omar Vizquel, who joined the club in the off season. His teammates often have something nice to say about him, and this time it was the Canadian’s turn, to compliment Vizquel.

Finally, Brett Lawrie showed the world that despite his tough look and agressive intensity on the field, he is a sweetheart.
